- Index by Title Alphabetically
Index by Title Alphabetically, no contributor name
Index by Category
Index by Category, no contributor name
Index by Contributor, then by Title Alphabetically
Index by Contributor, then by Category
Index by Contributor with page numbers only
Index by Recipe Symbol type, then by Category
Index by Index Terms only with Recipe Titles
Index by Recipe Titles and Index Terms Alphabetically
