Go to the recipe to edit. Click [Edit Photo] in the thumbnail area. In that screen, you can edit the size, border style and caption of your photo.
If you have more than one photo to edit, you can also go to Editor Activities>Photo Center. Then choose the Recipe Picture Manager to do the same thing, but from the photo list instead of recipes.
