A membership allows you to make as many books as you like. To create a new cookbook project, from your quick start menu, go to the cookbook and account info and look for the link for "more cookbooks". That takes you to the Multi-book Dashboard. You can also go to Editor Activities>Multi-book Dashboard to reach the same tool.
