To hide/turn off the Helpful Tips, go to Editor Activities>Layout & Design. In the Additional Tools box, click on Include/exclude Helpful Tips. There is a checkbox below the Divider options. Make your choice and Save. You can not eliminate only one of the hints, it is an all or none option.
Right below that option, you will also see "Start recipes on divider back". If you select that, all of the Helpful Tips will also be removed (you can not remove only certain ones) and your recipes will start on the back of the divider instead of the page facing it.
