You can get the best printing cost and pricing estimates by going to the Publishing Center in your editor's account and clicking on the Pricing and Ordering Tool link. This will use the current size of your cookbook to tell you the price. You can also see how the price is affected by adding/deleting additional pages or photos.
Click "Pricing" in the top menu.
