If you pull up a recipe you want to share in your cookbook account, there will be a small box in the upper right corner that you can add your friend/family member email address and the recipe will be sent to them.
On the bottom of the recipes when you view it in your account is also the URL that you can copy and paste directly into an email to whom ever you wish to send it to.
