Hide Table of Contents

Most cookbooks look best with a nice Table of Contents up front showing the page numbers of categories.  But if are creating a single category cookbook like just Desserts, a Table of Contents seems out of place.  You can disable the Table of Contents by going to Layout & Design.  Click the shortcut under Additional Options for Include/exclude Table of Contents.  Uncheck the box for the option and save.

One note: if you have symbols on your recipes and have the book set to display them, the "key" explaining what symbols mean is displayed in the front of your book.  Typically this is the back of the Table of Contents.  If you don't have the ToC, this page will show on its own before the first category begins.
