The contributor list generated by the system is taken directly from the recipes that have been entered into your account.
There are two things to do to create the contributor list like you want it:
1. You can turn the automatically created Contributor page on/off by going to Editor Activities>Layout & Design. Click Include/Exclude contributor list under Additional Options. You'll see a check box to uncheck. Make sure to Save your changes.
2. Create your own list with a custom page - go to Editor Activities>Layout & Design. Click Custom Pages Add/Edit list under Additional Options Add a new page, type the list as you'd like it, then assign it where you like it (Table of Contents is up front).
