There are three levels for login.
1. The Editor login -- you.
2. The Committee login -- those you wish to help with editing
3. The Contributor Group login -- for all your contributors
If the system verifies the Group Login and password -- but DOES NOT see the email address, then a new user will automatically be created with that email address. This is the power of CookbookFundraiser! As your group starts logging in, you as Editor, will see each name and their number of recipes entered. You will also be able to use the Reminder Tool to contact all contributors to ask for recipes, ideas and have them pre-order cookbooks to give you a general count for printing.
So there is no need to to type in all of the names and emails of your group. Just send them an invitation using your normal communication channels.
