Currently we do not have a user selectable option for a plain color cover. You can create your own whole cover (even if just plain color) in any photo software and upload it.
In the cover selection tool is an option to check the background color for the cookbook. Click on the "FFFFFF" and a color chart will come up for you to pick from.
