For covers, you can use the Custom Cover Arranger Tool found under Layout & Design>Select Cover.
The text on some of the covers and the dividers is set by the system and can not be changed or moved by default. If you use a photo editing software, like Photoshop or Paint, you can create a custom cover with the text and images you want and save as a JPEG and upload that image as your cover.
If you would like to not have text on your cover because it is already on your custom uploaded cover/divider image, go to Editor Tools>Cookbook Picture Tool. Edit your cover photo and choose "No, my photo has the text" in the option for text.
